Cookie Monster Cupcakes

So I went back and forth with these cupcakes, should I attempt that? Well if it could be challenging, I'm going to jump right end. With almost everything, after you do it the first time, next time would be much easier!! I love the look of them so much, but it's not all about the look.... they HAVE to taste just a delicious as they look! Well, they didn't!! Over-cooked and too dry!!! Bad combination. I'm on the hunt for a moist and delish plain cupcake recipe!

Want S'more Cupcakes?

Summer is probably my favorite time of the year, but this year has been too hot for my likings! I've been in the mood for some s'mores and since I couldn't bring all the bugs, a tent, an air mattress and a campfire to my house, I would just have to settle for something else. "S'more" cupcakes! I always love the idea of s'mores but they never turn out quite like I had hoped. Sinking your teeth into a toasted marshmallow, melted chocolate and a crisp graham cracker sounds mouth-watering so I HAD to bring that to my kitchen! It was without question the yummiest s'more or cupcake that had ever been eaten!
